Responsibilities:

·         Working out and control for keeping the detailed budgets for the projects realization, the graphs of funds flowing and the timetable of different kind of works;  

·         Choosing designers and architects of the projects, control for working out the drafts.

·         Organizing of working out of working documentation, projects of production technology, projects of engineering network. Working out of the design-projects, building and assembly jobs can be in charge as well.    

 ·         Preparing the materials for making the commercial proposals, placing the orders for production of finishing materials, for supplying the engineering and technological equipments, organizing making the contracts between a customer and the contractors of the project, carrying out the technical analysis of the contract.    

 ·       Coordinating the work of project group and the contractors.

·         Implementation of engineering supervision for works in premises, control for corresponding producible works with quality requirements.

·         Getting all necessary permissions and agreements with the representative control organizations

·         Coordinating the work of providing objects all necessary recourses.

·         Control of putting an object into operation and doing the final report on services rendered.

·         Modernizing the objects if necessary 

Requirements: 

  • High technical education (building or architectural field is welcome);
  • AutoCAD / ArchiCAD, Adobe Photoshop and standard office applications working skills
  • Fluent Russian and English languages. Additional languages are welcome
  • Project Management skills including building projects and projects of reconstruction of the buildings, adaptation the premises on retail trade and hotels, offices, warehouses as well. 
  • Understanding of business specific and the requirements to the services rendered and the quality criteria. Candidate should be able to improve the skills.    
  • Personality: leadership, communication skills, ability to hear and to convince of, accept criticism graciously from senior management, colleagues and subordinates, ability to dispute
  • Experience in project management in building from 2 years
  • Experience in work with standard office programmes and Autocad/Archicad, MS Project as well.
